Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Deterministic Dashboard routes your prompts to AI models using the Universal Command Protocol (UCP) and deterministic, rules-based selection. The Service evaluates each prompt against configured routing rules to select the most appropriate model, tracks performance metrics such as latency and confidence, and logs your query history for your private review.

The Service includes a free tier with a daily query limit and a paid subscription (Omega Access) with higher limits and additional features as described below.

You create an account through our authentication provider (Base44). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information.
• Keep your credentials and account secure and confidential.
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law).
• Be responsible for all activity under your account and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

The free tier allows a limited number of queries per day at no cost. Daily limits are measured per account (or per anonymous session identifier when you are not signed in) and reset on a rolling basis.

• When you reach the free-tier limit, you must wait for the limit to reset or subscribe to Omega Access for unlimited routing.
• We may adjust free-tier limits, available models, and features at any time. Routing rules and model availability are set by administrators and may change without notice.
• Abuse of the free tier, including creating multiple accounts or sessions to bypass limits, may result in suspension.

Omega Access is a recurring subscription billed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Taxes, where applicable, are added to your charges.
• Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy below. Contact Omega UI, LLC customer support to request a refund or dispute a charge; approved refunds are processed through Base44 Payments.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscriptions are unaffected until renewal.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period, except where required by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To request a refund required by law or report a billing error, use the Customer support link beside the checkout button or open the Contact page. Include your order reference, purchase date, amount and the reason for your request. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or full payment card details. Refunds that are approved are processed through the original payment method where supported.

Customer support is available from the Contact page and the support links shown beside every purchase button.

• Report the unauthorized or incorrect charge to customer support with the order reference, charge date, amount and a description of the problem. Never include passwords or full card details.
• Keep your receipt and support correspondence. Support will review the reported transaction and explain the outcome and any available cancellation or refund options.
• If the issue remains unresolved, contact your card issuer or payment provider about its dispute process and applicable deadlines. This process does not limit your statutory rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service’s underlying models, systems, or proprietary logic.
• Scrape, crawl, or overload the Service, or interfere with its security or operation.
• Submit malware, malicious code, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Violate the terms of any third-party AI model provider whose models the Service routes to.

Responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AI-generated content is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any response before relying on it. You assume all risk from your use of outputs.

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit. To provide the Service, you grant us and our providers a limited license to process your inputs solely to route them to the selected model and return responses to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

The Service, including its software, design, the UCP protocol, and related trademarks, is owned by Omega UI, LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology beyond the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

The Service may provide public API access for integrating the routing functionality into your own applications. If you use the API:

• You must keep any API credentials secure and are responsible for all usage under your account.
• You must comply with these Terms, the documented API usage limits, and the terms of any third-party AI model provider the Service routes to.
• We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access for abuse, security reasons, or violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega UI, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you have not paid, to the minimum amount permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omega UI, LLC and its providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others’ rights.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Omega UI, LLC is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms.
